Port Parham Foreshore - Parham SA
Port Parham Foreshore campground is locatedat the Esplanade in Parham South Australia. The campground is 75km north west of Adelaide SA. The trip takes approximately 1 hour and3 minutes, although slower if you are towing a heavy van or large rig.
The campground is only a short walk to a beach that, unfortunately, has extensive seaweed along it. This also makes any fishing almost impossible. Good quiet camp for a day or two if coming from the north and looking for a rest before heading to Adelaide or further south. Ok for an overnighter if heading north out of Adelaide. You'll love this place if you enjoy sunsets. The only downside is that it can get slushy in the wet.

I love it here. Very busy, you need to get there early. You can stay for 2 weeks but some people stay longer which make it hard for other people to get a space. If you love raking for blue swimmer crabs, then this is the place, it's right on the beach. The sports club down the road is the only thing in the town. The meals there are cheap and great value and the fish and chips on a Sunday night are excellent. Generators are allowed and there is a male and female toilet. Everybody there were really friendly. The camp is free.
