41 Mile Bore - Warrego NT
41 Mile Bore is located on the Barkly Highway at Warrego in the Northern Territory. Warrego is 1,004km south east of Darwin in the Northern Territory. The trip takes approximately 11 hours and 28 minutes, although slower if you are towing a heavy van or large rig. Watch out for kangaroos and emus on the road.
41 Mile Bore is a welcome stopping point with plenty of room. No facilities, some water available, firewood scarce. The Rest Area is 70.4klm East of Three Ways and 116klm West of the Barkly Homestead Roadhouse.
If you decide to stay here overnight then you do this at your own risk.

We camped here in mid July 2016. It is a large, flat and fairly open area with many tracks around out and around the main camping area. Plenty of room to park in your own area away from the main road and other people. Has no facilities apart from rubbish bins which appeared to be emptied regularly.
