The Wallabadah Rest Area is located at New England Hwy - W , Wallabadah. Wallabadah is located 349km north west of Sydney. This is a very pleasant area to stay and is well maintained. One of the better campgrounds around. Not free, a donation is requested. Amenities are available and clean. Plenty of room to camp, grass always seems to have been mowed whenever we've stayed there.

Stayed here a third time and noticed the showers were now unlocked. Still one of the best stops. Plenty of room and the First Fleet Gardens are interesting. You can camp right beside the river.
