The Baillieu Richardson Lagoon State Game Reserve is located near the junction of Fulham and Young Road, Torrumbarry. Torrumbarry is 228km north of Melbourne. The freshwater lagoon encompasses an area of 128 hectares on the Murray River. The river bends through this area offering many wonerful places for camping. The scenery is stunning and peace and quiet is assured outside of peak holiday periods. Access should ideally be made by four wheel drive vehicles and caravans and motorhomes should be self-contained. Camping is free of charge. Photos on this page were taken in February 2016.
