Millionth Acre Picnic Area - Tarana NSW
The Millionth Acre Picnic Area is situated on the corner of Jenolan Caves Road and Oberon Road at Tarana. Tarana is 153km west of Sydney and 31km south of Lithgow. The area is quiet and peaceful and access is by good sealed roads.

Great rest area situated between Jenolan Caves and Lithgow. Cold in the mornings and that was in early March. Quite small, so get there early. The area backs on to a forest. Level sites. The trucks use the road frequently and the rest area is at a T intersection so the noise level can be quite high.
