Whatever your style, Edgewater Holiday Park, on the edge of the Hastings River, is an ideal holiday destination. The owner is Deanne Morrow. Bookings can be made by
telephoning the park and please tell the park that you have seen their photos on Caravan Park Photos.
This is one of the best parks we have stayed in. It is very clean and tidy and well presented. It is very quite from traffice noise. The rooms are basic but very clean and has all the necessary items to make a great stay. The people are very helpful and the prices are reasonable. We will stay again. Well done. This park could do with a tidy up. Its sits next to the river and has its own boat ramp. The park is long and narrow so no river views apart from a couple of cabins on the water front. In front of them is a new BBQ area with bar fridge, BBQ oven and running water. Also a wooden wharf and 2 dingys and BBQ boat to hire. The wharf is not fully fenced so take care with kids. There are 4 ensuite sites with paved annex slabs which have dropped in places so can be dangerous for the ankles. There is a grassed powered site section with no slabs at all and most sites are close to amenities. Could fit large rigs but not 5th wheelers. No shade to sites but many trees in the park. Roads are all sealed but some are breaking up badly with puddles of water from the rain. The cabins are a bit tired looking, one had a smashed glass door with glass all over the ground. There is a pool which doesn't look very inviting neither does the mini golf or kids playground. The big bird aviary is nice but old. BBQ area consist of poor camp kitchen, free bbqs and a wood heater with picnic tables. If this park had some money spent on it it would be very popular park. So much potential. It looked as if it was an excellent park once.

Could you please email me your current tariffs for all types of accommodation. I am looking at a family reunion group booking for approx.30 people. Some couples will have their own camper vans, some will require cabins and caravan hire.
Many thanks Leonie
