Point Lowly - Point Lowly SA
Point Lowly is located 394km north-west of Adelaide. This a fantastic campsite 17km north of Whyalla on the Spencer Gulf. No power available at this site but flushing loos and cold showers. Supplies will need to brought with you but water is available. When we were there, there was everything from camper trailers and large 5th wheelers, great for those with boat loaders as the boat ramp is on your doorstep! Playground facilities also here for the kiddies!! Note RV dump point nearby. If you decide to stay overnight then it is entirely at your own risk. A 14 day stay is allowed.

We stayed here a second time and noticed the toilets have been upgraded. There is a shower and undercover area. We took a walk across the road and there is a beautiful beach. Still very busy and the area by the water is very rocky and not very level.

This campsite is really busy. You can camp in the area by the road which is great for big rigs. Be careful parking by the water as people have been caught out with the tide coming in. We camped up by the area near the house. Peaceful but can get windy.
