Neerim Rest Area - Neerim VIC

The Neerim Reat Area, also known as Little Charlie's Lookout, is located on the Main Neerim Road north of Neerim. Neerim is 117km east of Melbourne. The lookout has wonderful views across the countryside. There is a picnic table so this is a good place to stop for a coffee. The local school bus turns here so make sure you do not block the turning area. The rest area is close to the road but there is very little traffic. Neerim South is definitely worth a stopover, particularly the Serigraph Gallery which serves nice coffee and has lots of wonderful art works and timber furniture. If you decide to stay here overnight then you do so at your own risk. Photos on this page were taken on the 11th November 2015.
