Such a peaceful park sits right next to Moonee each. The beach has big tidal movements so is good to explore the flat beach when the water goes out. There is also a tidal river nearby with mangroves and a bridge that accesses a headland and lookout and continues onto another lovely beach. Be careful with dogs though because of ticks. The park has a range of cabins and at the time of writing were building a brand new camp kitchen. There is a main amenities block not close to most sites but at the rear of the park there is a new amenities block but the sites up there are quite small. Most roads are sealed, a few turn off bits to sites were unsealed. Most sites have concrete slabs for annex. There are some trees in the park but most sites are not shaded. There is room for large rigs. There is no play ground or pool. There is a public park below the caravan park which has BBQs and picnic tables. It would be hard not to relax at this park.

Excellent location right beside a safe inlet from the sea. Within easy walking distance of the Moonee Beach Shopping Centre. Only a short drive to Coffs Harbour.
