I do like this park, very much, and have stayed often over the last 6 years.
It is NOT fancy, indeed quite basic by some of the more modern camping grounds standards, but always clean, tidy, with plenty of hot water ... and quiet.
There is a sizable "disabled" bathroom, big enough for wheel chair access complete with shower , toilet and hand-basin, grab rails and a table to place belongings so they won't get wet.
Washing machine provided and outdoor clothesline.
In recent times a cabin has been added, but I have not used it.
For people interested in wildflowers and birdlife the surrounding conservation parks and even roadside vegetation are worth taking time to check out, although access is not easy without 4WD.
The view from Prominent HIll in Hambidge Conservation Park is worth the struggle to get there, but it is two years since I made it on a very rough track.
Daytrips can be managed to Wudinna Rock, Ucontitchie Rock (my all time fav, though despoiled) and Elliston and back
Local business have always been extremely helpful when needed ... eg tyres, IGA supermarket, local PO and a small deli open daily has both petrol and diesel.
