Julia Creek Caravan Park - Julia Creek QLD

Julia Creek Caravan Park is 137k's east of Cloncurry on the Flinders Hwy. It is a council owned park with resident managers. The park is nice and quiet as it is situated off the main hwy but within walking distance to the town centre. The staff are friendly and you can pick your own site. All sites are level most with slabs. Quite a few drive thru.  The amenities are clean and of a good size. Plenty of hot water and the pressure was good. There is a very good and well equipped camp kitchen. A good overnight stop with no traffic noise. Council swimming pool is 50m away. Rates per night were $22 in peak for 2 people. A nice peaceful park. Julia Creek has an annual Dirt and Dust Festival.
