Inverell Showground Camping - Inverell NSW

Inverell Showground is located at 15 Tingha Road, Inverell. The entrance is near Eucalypt Drive and before you drive over the bridge into the town. If you choose to stay hitched up then it is only a short walk to the town centre. Inverell is the quintessential Australia country trown. The Showground is a nice place to camp. Unfortunately there are only 6 powered sites available which suggests to me that Inverell Council is not really focused on tourism. I firmly believe that the Showground should have a minimum of 25 powered sites available for tourists. Amenities are excellent and the Caretaker is very friendly and welcoming.
