Hungry Head Cabins are unique as they are situated amongst the rare littoral rainforest only a couple of minutes walk to the unpopulated Hungry Head Beach. Hungry Head Cabins has 10 private self contained cabins sleeping up to 6 people comfortably. There are no facilities for caravans or motor homes. The Hungry Head Reserve is sheltered behind the Surf Club and observation platform adjacent to the cabins. If you want to enjoy the typical Australian bush and beach setting, Hungry Head Cabins is the ideal place to visit. Whilst staying at Hungry Head Cabins or whilst visiting the Reserve, it is not unusual to be visited by any of the wildlife that are lucky enough to call Hungry Head Reserve their home. Kangaroos, wallabies, possums, bandicoots, kookaburras, currawongs and many other species of bird and animal like also frequent the area. Bookings can be made by

Hungry Head Cabins are located just 5 minutes from the facilities and services of Urunga Heads. Walking around you'll smell the salt air, hear waves crash against the shore, and spot lizards and wallabies darting around the grounds.
Whilst staying at Hungry Head Cabins or whilst visiting the Reserve, it is not unusual to be visited by any of the wildlife that are lucky enough to call Hungry Head Reserve their home. Kangaroos, wallabies, possums, bandicoots, kookaburras, currawongs and many other species of bird and animal like also frequent the area. There’s no mistaking your camping opposite the beach amongst some of NSW’s most untouched bushland.
