Love this park. People are friendly and efficient in the office. Amenities are spotless, grounds are very high standard. Feel like locals after a relaxing week by the river.

We came back again to this park and although it has new wonderful helpful managers its just the same as before.
The floods were not in 1954 it was 1854! woops!! Anyway had a great stay again and enjoyed this beautiful area. Sites still only $28!

This park is just lovely. Its not fancy but wish more parks were just like it. We paid $28 for a powered site. Right next to the river, it has many shady trees and a good clean lockable amenities block. No pool, no playground, no games room, no camp kitchen. No slabs to sites. No Boom gates. But who wants to pay for these if you don't use or need them? That's why this park is great value for money. Owners are very helpful and helped to your on your site. There are 4 cabins to hire if you don't have your RV or tent .Short drive to town where there is Woolworths and a good selection of local shops.
Gundagai has lots to see and do. there is an excellent museum at just $3 is a must and is crammed full with old things. Collect a key from the information centre to visit the old gaol. See the old railway station and the old railway bridge and the old car bridge which was part of the Hume Highway. Visit 2 lookouts and see Captain Moonlight bushrangers grave. Gundagai isn't just doggy on the tuckerbox its much more than that. The original town was built on a flood plain and was destroyed in the floods of 1954. See the old mill the only building that survived the 1954 floods. We will be back again!

I shouldn't be saying this but this is a gem. Why shouldn't I because it will be harder to get a spot. Why is it a gem cause it fits all my criteria. Yes I am a newbie but I know what I want. 1/ Pat

Lovely clean park and amenities. Quite and pleasant surroundings. Escorted to the site and backed in by manager. Can recommend this park highly and would stay again when in the area.
