Broken River Bend - Gunbower VIC

Broken River Bend is located at 82 McGillivray Road, Gunbower Victoria. Gunbower is 244km north of Melbourne. The campground is on a lovely bend of the glorious Murray River. Gravel bush roads lead to the campground. These roads can sometimes be rough and sloppy in wet weather. Four wheel drive access is necessary. There is plenty of shade but be wary of falling branches. You can, of course, camp here for free. Peace and quiet is guaranteed. Mobile reception is OK in this area. Photos on this page were taken in February 2016.
