The Ocean Beach Tourist Park on the Gold Coast is located at 22 Hythe Street, Miami. The resident managers are Chris Hay and Tegan Hudson. The park has 53 sites and all of these are powered. This park backs onto beautiful Miami beach. Access to the beach is via a secure gate with pin pad. Surf club with patrolled beach and café next to the park. Good walking track along the esplanade. Even though the park is next to but not directly on the Gold Coast highway, surprisingly there is very little road noise. The modern and clean amenities block and good laundry is at the front of the park seems to block the noise. There is no pool and no play ground. Small BBQ hut with 2 gas BBQs and sink and picnic table. Roads are all sealed in the park and are one way. Little tight to back large caravans into but not impossible. No sites could accommodate 5th wheelers or very large caravans or buses. Concrete slabs to all sites. Shade on only one side of the park. Amenities not close to all sites. All cars are parked next to van on site so no cars blocking the road way. 4 car visitor car park at front of park but there is street parking along the side of the park. Nice park and would recommend it to anyone.
