Nungarry Rest Area - Gerringong NSW
Nungarry Rest Area, formerly Kiama South Rest Area, is a well built rest area with good roads and facilities. It provides a good easy location to stay and rest for a while and use the amenities and picnic facilities. I could see no signs that prohibit camping but I am aware that the RTA inspect vehicles here. If you decide to stay overnight then it is entirely at your own risk.

This rest area needs to be cleaned morning moon and night on the weekends we just stopped there and all 4 toilets were discussing I wouldn’t let my dog go in there the people who maintain this stop should be ashamed it’s feral We have been using this for years and today was the worst we have ever seen it get your act together as the weekend is when it is used the most I’m sorry but we are not happy with it.

this is on the south bound minnamurra kiama downs by pass Princess hwy.
gerringong is another 10 k down the road
