At low tide you can explore the coastline. There's good fishing, birdwatching and fascinating headland walks with abundant wildlife. Car-based and caravan camping is available at Diamond Head, Indian Head and Kylies Beach. Bring your own drinking water; firewood is sold on site.

Set behind the dunes of Kylies Beach this camping area is less developed than Diamond Head. There are car-based campsites. You'll need to bring drinking water. Firewood and ice are available from the office at Diamond Head.
Picnic tables are located in a grassed area next to the carpark at the 4WD beach access.
Getting there: This campground is off Diamond Head Road.

Water supply: There is only bore water here. The campsite is accessible by all weather unsealed roads suitable for 2wd vehicles. 280.7 km NNE of Sydney. 12km south of Laurieton-access via Diamond Head Road, on the southern side of the headland. You can park a caravan, trailer, or a tent in this campground. There are a total of 80 campsites. This is a sheltered campsite near the beach, with additional sites at 3km walk, near author Kylie Tennant's writing hut.
