Chinderah Bay Drive - Chinderah NSW

Chinderah is located near the NSW/QLD border and is just south of Tweed Heads. Childerah Bay Drive runs alongside the Tweed River and there is a medium sized roadside area where you can park for a stay and rest. The area is within easy walking distance from shops and a hotel.  Chinderah Bay Drive is not a through road.  Turnock Park with amenities and picnic facilities is opposite.  The parking area is more suited to small campervans and motorhomes than large tow vehicles. If you decide to stay overnight then it is entirely at your own risk. My recommendation would be to use it as a daytime camping area only.
