Bunyip River Rest Area - Bunyip VIC

Bunyip River Rest Area is located adjacent to the Princes Highway in Bunyip. The area is not large and has a sense of isolation about it.  The road access is rough.  There is a farm house nearby.  I'm not sure how fast the creek could rise in heavy rain. Perhaps OK for a day stop but I would caution about staying overnight. Definitely not suitable for large vehicles.  Some traffic noise from the highway is unavoidable.
