Sutton Park Rest Area - Blackheath NSW
Sutton Park Rest Area is on the Great Western Highway at Blackheath. It is directly opposite the railway line so if you are a train watcher you will find this a good place to stop. Amenities are provided in the rest area and there is plenty of room. If you decide to stay overnight then it is entirely at your own risk. This area is very cold in winter and it can snow. Some traffic noise is may be experienced in this location. Please add a review if you have stayed here. This would be very much appreciated. Excellent spot to stop for a while. In theory overnighting not permitted but why, then, is it labelled a 'rest stop'.
