Beauty Point Tourist Park has 40 powered sites, some with water views. There are drive-through sites suitable for larger vehicles as well as grassed and concrete-pad tent sites.
The park has 10 self-contained cabins and two self-contained caravillas. The cabins and caravillas have double or queen-size beds with electric blankets and all include heaters, linen and towels. The en suite cabins have full cooking facilities and there is a television in the living area.
The park also has a communal kitchen and barbecue area, laundry facilities and a full-size tennis court. The Beauty Point Tourist Park is located on 2.8 hectares (seven acres) of land adjoining a further 2.8 hectares of conservation area.
Visit local attractions including Platypus House and Seahorse World. Drive five-minutes and you will find the Beaconsfield Mine, site of the ‘Great Escape.’ You can visit nearby Narawntapu National Park, take a cruise to see Australian fur seals or watch fairy penguins return to their burrows at dusk.
Beauty Point is about a 40-minute drive from Launceston (44 kilometres/27 miles).
Bookings can be made by telephoning the park and please tell the park that you found them on Caravan Park Photos.
