"We stayed two nights at Turlee Station Stay in a Bush Cabin with our 13month old. The cabin was beautiful; spacious and safe for our little one to zip around, the kitchen was well resourced, the ensuite roomy and the bed comfortable with lovely linen. We used Turlee Station Stay as a base from which to explore Mungo and it is perfectly positioned for this. Nathen and Sophie were great hosts."
"Great hosts, great location - we absolutely loved our 3 days there. Camp if you like or stump up for one of the new well appointed rooms. Choice is yours but we thought it was all very reasonably priced."
You can get a lot of useful information from the Mungo NP Visitor Centre. Roads into the Station are unsealed and impassable after heavy rain or floods.
This is an area of great historical signifance with the Mungo and the Willandra Lakes classified as World Heritage. The "Walls of China: has to be seen to be believed.
