Yea Tourist Park - Yea VIC
The Yea Tourist Park is located at 1 Court Street, Yea. You enter the park down a narrow lane and across a narrow bridge. Large motorhomes or caravans would find it very challenging, or impossible, to navigate this entrance. The park is pet friendly. The park has 80 tourist sites and 40 of these are powered. On the day that I visited the powered sites were extremely boggy. I saw a couple that had just checked in looking with despair at the site allocated for their van. This park would be doing its customers a great service by providing proper concrete slabs as is the case with their cottages. The park is managed by the Murrindindi Shire Council. After paying the fee to stay at this park one would expect to be able to use their facilities at no extra charge. I was dismayed when I went to cook dinner on the BBQ only to find that a feed of $1 had to be paid to use the BBQ. I declined and returned to ny van and cooked dinner for free.. This is a straight out rip off
