Just over an hour's drive north of Coffs Harbour and 1.5 hours south of Byron Bay, it's the perfect location to stay to enjoy Yamba's spectacular scenery, secluded beaches and pristine National Parks.
At Yamba Waters Holiday Park you'll enjoy stylish accommodation with a range of modern 2 bedroom Villas, Studio Units and self contained units surrounding the swimming pool. Choose to stay on an ensuite site, a large powered or an unpowered site overlooking the lagoon. Cast a line in the salt water lagoon or fish nearby in the mighty Clarence River.
There's plenty to keep the whole family entertained with 2 swimming pools, a games room, a playground for the children plus a fantastic Kids Activity Program during school holidays. Challenge your friends to a game of chess on the giant outdoor set, enjoy an afternoon game of cricket on the grassed recreation area or simply sit back, relax and enjoy the peaceful bushland setting.

We ever only stay in this caravan park when we stay in Yamba which is at least twice a year for the weekend. The park is well maintained and not cluttered or cramped. It is quiet and there is no road noise. We stay on an ensuite site in our caravan and the bathrooms are big and roomy. The only problem is that they are in a block of 4 and it seems only have one hot water heater between them so at times there is no hot water. If you have some one next to you who spends too much time in their shower or more than 6 people staying in your block of ensuites. No problems if you are the only ones. Most sites have a concrete annex pad and walkways to the ensuites. The powered sites are good also, some are shaded. The emenities block is good and there are free BBQs but they tend to be a little slow to cook on. There are recycle bins which is always good to see but they would be better to see more scattered around the park because some people are too lazy to walk to them. There is a good dump point. The permanants are mostly around the outer perimiter of the park but there are a few set up at the ensuite sites. The games room only has a pool table in it. This park is good value for money. If you are looking for a quiet park that doesnt have all the fancy bells and whisles and dont want to pay for them then this is the place. We have never stayed here and not enjoyed our stay.
