Betha Bend Campground - Wharparilla VIC

Betha Bend Campground is located at Farley Road, Wharparilla Victoria. Wharparilla is 222km north of Melbourne. Lots of camping spaces here along the river. The drive to the entrance is along Farley Road which is sealed. It is approximately 3.5km from the Murray Velley Highway. Campsites are on high ground above the river which offer excellent views. You can easily walk down to the water's edge. There is a boat ramp here if you want to go fishing. You see lights of houses along the river at night but generally speaking it is dark and as quiet as a mouse. If you want to get back to nature then this is an area definitely worth visiting. Telstra reception is excellent but there is no signal for Optus. Please take you rubbish with you when you leave. Photos on this page were taken in February 2016.
