The Lakes Holiday Park - Townsville QLD

I was amazed at how quiet The Lakes Holiday Park is even though it is back from a main road. Walking around the park it was very easy to hear birds and to appreciate nature. The park has 121 sites of which 85 are ensuite. Some of the sites have lovely water views. Amenities are excellent.  The park is located at 196 Woolcock Street, Currajong Townsville. I recently stayed at this park and had the most beautiful stay. The staff were all very friendly, the cabins very the cleanest I have ever stayed in and overall I would recommend this Caravan Park to anyone traveling to Townsville. Melanie Moroney, Kiama NSW.
