This park is one of those surprise locations that has a relaxing ambience worthwhile a visit. This park is being rebuilt after 20 years of neglect and built using the bush as the setting. There are no playgrounds (one in the main street 5 minutes walk away) or bouncy pillows. There is a quite bush setting with grassed sited from dirt roads. A lot of work done so far is in the basic infrastructure and the friendly managers plans for the park include bush theme cabins, enlarged entertainment area and new amenities block. On most Saturday night entertainment around the open log fireplace with billy tea and damper you will be serenaded by C

What a surprise, we were looking for a relaxing weekend, no expectations, heard about it on the radio so we dropped in. Its an old run down park being rebuilt by the new owners with big plans for an old style bush camp theme. Very friendly and accommodating mangers and staff creating an inviting atmosphere we will revisit, hopefully coinciding with one of their Rockabilly nights. There's nothing in the town so we took all our supplies with us, the main feature of the park is the people and atmosphere. Plan for the future include a cafe and pioneer themed cabins, old fashioned (working cars) a base for the model steam trains and larger entertainment areas.
