Anchor Caravan Park is located at 765 Point Nepean Rd - S , Rosebud. Rosebud is 87km south of Melbourne in the Mornington Peninsular. From the outside this park has not much to offer...but the people there are so friendly and inviting. Had the best time im looking at buying in this park.Fee's are reasonable and location is the best.Beach perfect for kids.
i will be going back soon....

Do NOT go there. And it is not pet friendly
This has got to be the worst ever park I have ever stayed at
It's very unorganized ... We agreed to a price on line and after arriving late we where told the price had gone up by $25 and if we didn't like to go try the other parks for a better deal. The microwave didn't work had to be replaced as was the electric jug and the toaster was so dirty like the cabin that when you turned it on it set off the fire alarm. There was food stains on the plates from the last people and part of a tampon in the corner of the toilet. We had to walk over wet grass to carry your luggage because you park you car by the office. We advise you not to waste your money and go to the Rosebud model caravan park like we did in the end. It is lovely
