Travellers Rest Caravan & Camping Park is located at 29 Jackson St - End , Midge Point. Midge Point is approximately 103km north of Mackay. The park covers an area of 60 acres which plenty of natural tropical forest. There are 35 powered and 5 unpowered sites available for caravans, campers and motorhomes. A good selection of cottages and cabins is available for rent to suit all budgets and needs. Went their for the long weekend and a very relaxing break managers where good to talk to on arrival, amenities where very clean had a swim because it was bloody hot, spread people around on sites so not to be on top of each other. The park was so green after the rain during the week. We will be going back just when it's a little cooler.

Yep, I second the previous persons comments. A little gem! Great managers, clean amenities and personal....not lost amongst the throngs of tourists. Loventhe happy hours around the fire. Keep up the good good work Cathy and Alan

Lovely friendly caravan Park This is the third time we have stayed here and are always made welcome by Cathy and Al.
