Junee Golf Course - Junee NSW

The Junee Golf Course is located at Golf Avenue, Junee. Junee like many small country golf clubs is struggling for funds. In spite of this the course is very playable and quite interesting. There is no shortage of challenge on this course. The greens play fairly consistently so once you get the feel of a couple you should be right for the rest. Hole 1 is a testing Par 5 with some interesting slopes to navigate. Hole 6 will test your nerve and my advice is to hit across the gully rather than play short. The fairway on hole 7 has a devilish slope and because the ground it hard if you hit the wrong part of the fairway your ball will roll a long way down into the gully. The green on hole 7 has a nice view of Junee township. It's a Par 3 that you should enjoy. If you get a change to play Junee please do as it is a fascinating course.
