Gilbert River - Gilbert River QLD

When there in August 09, area was covered with a fine powdery dust 2' thick. About 3-5ks north you can bushcamp just off the road in a cleaner and shady area. 04 Dec 2007 15:11 Member - Cruiser (NSW)
Nice large spot on northern side of the road as you head east for an overnight stay. No facilities and a maximum stay of 48 hours. The bridge is narrow and definitely only 1 vehicle at a time.
