Cootamundra Caravan Park - Cootamundra NSW

Pet Friendly

Cootamundra is a small town of 5,900 people situated 454km south west of Sydney. The town's main claim to fame is that it was the birthplace of the legendary cricketer Don Bradman. His birthplace is now a museum and well worth a visit. The town has a nice golf course and good sporting amenities. Cootamundra is an excellent base from which you can explore the Riverina. The Cootamundra Caravan Park is neat and spacious. It is within easy walking distance of the town but well off the main road. Please note that Bruna and John Nicholson are the new owners of the park and they took over the business in August 2014. Bookings can be made by telephoning the park and please tell the park that you have seen their photos on Caravan Park Photos.

We booked in for 2 nights and after staying for 1 we decided to stay for a week instead. Amenities are old but spotless, grounds are grassey and well kept. the 2 amenities blocks means you don't have too far to go if you are disabled. John

Joy and I would like to thank Geoff and Marion for the wonderful stay we had at the Cootamundra caravan park whilst travelling on holidays. We found the prices to be more than compatible every where we travelled and the friendliness was every bit as good as a 5 star caravan park [some people should suck it up and get on with there lives. we intend to stay again early next year on our round Australia trip. [and the lady that left the power on would you do this in you home Noooo].just remember the managers are there to serve the public in my opinion they do a very good job especially to put up with wingers and monas.
To the park management thank you for investing and putting numerous hours of un appreciated work into your wonderful park and Joy and I and our friends will return in 2014.
PS I can understand why the son and daughter in-law left a day early.

Spent the last 4 days at the park. We found the park extremely well maintained and amenities clean.
The Park is located in a great position, in walking distance to the town, club is just out the back gate which is now locked at 9pm. Found the managers Geoff and Marion to be friendly and freely offered advice on local attractions and information about Cootamundra. While at the park I had a problem with my vehicle and Geoff even crawled under the vehicle to see if he could find the cause of the problem. Price $30 2A was very reasonable for such a nice area. Will definitely go back again.

Beautiful park and I couldn't have found the owners more helpful or friendly. I stayed while looking for a home in Cootamundra and they were part of the reason that I loved Cootamundra.
