Sheepstation Creek Campground - Border Ranges National Park NSW

Explore tall forests, waterfalls and gorges on the walking track network.
The spectacular Tweed Scenic Drive (unsealed, but suitable for 2WD when dry) loops from Murwillumbah to Kyogle and Lismore. There's car-based camping at Sheep Station Creek (suitable for caravans; accessible toilets) or Forest Tops (short walk from carpark), and opportunities for extended backpack camping treks.
Access 38 km west of Murwillumbah, off Summerland Way or Kyogle Road. Unsealed roads. Vehicle entry fee applies. Wheelchair access: medium

The Rosewood Loop, Palm Forest Loop and Booyong Walking Track system start here. Firewood collection within the park is not permitted. Please bring your own firewood.
Getting there: The campground is just off the Tweed Range Scenic Drive. Access roads and campsites beyond the camping area are not suitable for caravans, and caravans and buses must not enter the park via the eastern or Lillian Rock entry.
Facilities: picnic tables, wood barbecues (bring your own firewood), non-flush toilets
Water supply: Water is unsuitable for drinking. Campsite is accessible by unsealed roads usually fine for 2wd vehicle in the dry, but may not be passable after rain

The campsite is on the western side of Tweed Range Scenic Drive, north-east of Razerback Mountain.

There are a total of 40 campsites
Bring your own water. A good spot to explore the park from - there are several loop walks near this campsite.
