Getting there: Obtain details of current track conditions from the Heritage Centre, Blackheath before setting out. All access involves steep hard walks down the cliffs of the Grose Valley.

Water supply: Boil all water from the Grose River or Govetts Creek for at least 3 minutes before drinking WALK IN ONLY : Closest point to drive and park is on all weather unsealed roads, from there it is on foot to the campsite. 85.1 km WNW of Sydney. The campsite is east of the Blue Gum forest. The shortest walk is from Lockleys Pylon or Perrys Lookdown. You can also walk in from Govetts Lookout, Evan Lookout, Pierces Pass or from Victoria Falls Lookout. There is a long walk into this campsite. There are a total of 30 campsites. No camping in the Blue Gum forest.
