Rocky Pool - Babbage Island WA

We were heading here for a night on our way to Exmouth and something made me telephone whilst in Denham, fortunately, as we discovered that camping is no longer permitted at Rocky Pool. Good to know before making the trip there. Went to the Quobba blowholes instead. Located 40 kms east of Carnavon (approx). Enter from the gascoyne Junction rd., then north down a sandy road. No amenities.

NOTE: Signs existing stating that no camping is allowed. Great spot next to river. Firewood scarce so bring your own.
